Il gruppo nasce nel 2005 con il nome originario di Songs of Jonas ed esordisce con l'album It's About Time. Sfortunatamente l'album non ottiene il successo sperato, tanto che negli USA vende appena 50.000 copie. Nel 2006 il gruppo assume il nome attuale di "Jonas Brothers" e nel 2007 tenta ancora di imporsi sul mercato discografico americano pubblicando The Jonas Brothers. Il CD riscuote molto successo, piazzandosi alla posizione n.5 della Billboard Hot 200. Fino al gennaio 2008 sono stati occupati ad aprire i concerti del Best Of Both Worlds Tour della loro amica Miley Cyrus. I Jonas Brothers sono anche stati impegnati nel loro Look Me In The Eyes World Tour che ha toccato USA e Australia. Hanno aperto ogni data del tuor europeo della cantante Avril Lavigne. I Jonas Brothers sono inoltre già stati due volte in italia a Milano, dicendosi soddisfatti dell'affetto che i fan hanno loro dimostrato e promettono che presto torneranno in Italia. La prima volta hanno aperto il concerto che Avril Lavigne ha tenuto a Milano (13 giugno 2008) mentre la seconda sono venuti per presentare il loro nuovo album A LIttle Bit Longer (5 ottobre 2008). La piazza Duomo contava 20.000 fan come pubblico di Trl. Sono stati ospiti anche a Radio 105. I Jonas Brothers hanno dato vita anche a molte colonne sonore per la Disney. Hanno anche provato l'esperienza di attori: sono comparsi nell'ultima puntata della seconda serie di Hannah Montana e sono i protagonisti del DCOM "Camp Rock", uscito in USA il 20 giugno 2008 e in Italia il 27 settembre 2008, e a settembre 2008 inizieranno le riprese di una loro serie sempre targata Disney Channel: J.O.N.A.S., che uscirà nella primavera 2009 in USA.

Demetria Devonne, "Demi", Lovato (Dallas, 20 agosto 1992) è un'attrice, cantautrice e cantante statunitense di origini italiane. Demi ha due sorelle: Dallas Lovato, anche lei attrice e cantante, 5 anni più grande di Demi e Madison DeLaGarza (sua sorellastra), più piccola di 10 anni. Demi Lovato fin da piccola ha vinto numerosi concorsi di talenti in Texas, come ad esempio l' "Eismann Center" e il "Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show". Nel gennaio 2007 ha sbarcato su Disney Channel con il ruolo di Charlotte Adams nella serie televisiva "As the Bell Rings" versione americana dell'italiano "Quelli dell'intervallo". Demi è la protagonista femminile del Disney Channel Original Movie "Camp Rock". Questo film le ha portato molta fortuna: infatti, ha partecipato ai "Disney Channel Games 2008" e ha aperto ogni data del "Burning Up Summer Tour" dei Jonas Brothers. Il suo album di debutto è stato rilasciato il 23 settembre 2008. Si chiama "Don't Forget" e si è piazzato subito secondo nella "Billboard 200". "That's How You Know" scritta da Demi per il film "Come d'incanto" è stata nominata agli Academy Award. Nel 2008 è seconda nella classifica di BOP Magazine delle Hottest Stars più famose.
